Joe Picariello
Videographer / Owner
I’m Joe Picariello—filmmaker, photographer, and founder of Picariello Productions.
I’ve been making videos since I was a kid, starting with silly skits and home movies,
and eventually turning that passion into a career. I studied film in college, but most of
what I’ve learned has come from real experience—shooting weddings, creating brand content, and telling stories that matter. Whether I’m behind the camera or in the editing room, my goal is always the same: make something honest, creative, and unforgettable.
Matt Bailey
Primary Photographer
Hi, I'm Matt Bailey—photographer, graphic designer, and occasional collaborator at Picariello Productions. My journey into photography began a couple of years ago, sparked by a course that introduced me to the art of capturing landscapes. Since then, I've expanded my portfolio to include portraits, engagements, and weddings, always striving to grow and refine my craft. With a background in graphic design and computer animation, I bring a keen eye for aesthetics to every project. When I'm not behind the camera, I cherish time spent with friends and family, exploring nature, and enjoying music.
Madi Picariello

Hi, I'm Madi and on top of being Joe's wife, I love able to help Joe and Matt with any needs relating to a shoot such as with posing, filming logistics, equipment changes,
and overall just being a friendly face for our clients.
